Every day something changes in our lives. This can be exciting, annoying and sometimes quite intimidating.
For whatever change (transformation) appears in our lives, we can always rely on the support of the earth (floor).
In this evening session, we will explore the relationship between our body and the floor and deepen our understanding about it.
An invitation to experience how the earth carries us and, while surrendering to this support, remembering how our body and mind are connected.
In this two hour experiment you can experience:
• the effect of the ongoing support of the earth on your body.
• the benefits of body attention
• the rebalancing properties of slowing down
• the meditative aspect of intrinsic moving
